Getting married at Worcester Guildhall or a register office
If you’re marrying at Worcester Guildhall, one of the city’s approved ceremony venues, or at a register office before your reception, the registrar is in charge of the ceremony itself. We check the registrar’s and the venue’s rules before the day, film everything they allow, and pick up the moment you walk out married.
Planning an unplugged ceremony? That’s where we come in. Your guests can put their phones away and watch you, and you still get the behind-the-scenes clips you’d otherwise be asking them for.
Working alongside your photographer and videographer
We don’t replace your photographer or videographer. We film the moments in between: getting ready, guests arriving, the reactions and the dance floor. We stay out of their shots, and you get social-ready footage while their edited photos and film are still being made.

We confirm we’re free and help you choose a package.
Pay a 25% deposit to secure your date. 50% is due six months before the wedding, and the final 25% 28 days before.
On the day, we film.

Do you charge to travel to Worcester?
No. Travel is included for every venue within 20 road miles of our Droitwich base, which covers Worcester city and its surrounding villages. Diglis House Hotel, Stanbrook Abbey and the Guildhall are all well within that distance. Venues further away, including the Cotswolds and the wider West Midlands, are quoted by location, so you know the cost before you book. The price you see for a Worcester wedding is the price you pay.
How quickly will we get our videos?
Your edited highlight videos arrive within 48 hours of your wedding. On The Grand Experience, one is delivered within 24 hours, so you can share a clip while guests are still talking about the day. Your raw footage arrives at the same time, by online file transfer. Download it as soon as it arrives and keep a backup copy.
Can you film our ceremony at Worcester Guildhall?
Yes, within the registrar’s and the venue’s rules. The registrar decides what can be filmed during the legal part of a ceremony, wherever it takes place. We check the registrar’s and the venue’s rules before the day and film everything they allow. Everything around the ceremony, from getting ready to your entrance and the confetti, we film as normal.
Will you get in the way of our photographer or videographer?
No. We work around your photographer and videographer, not against them. We film on phones, so we’re small, quiet and quick to move, and we stay out of their shots. They deliver polished photos and a finished film in the weeks after your wedding. We give you footage to post within 48 hours.
How far ahead should we book?
As soon as you have your date and venue. Most couples book us after their venue, photographer and dress are sorted, nearer the date. The diary does fill up, so it’s worth checking your date early, even if you’re not ready to book yet.
Do you post our clips on your own social media?
We share clips on our own channels to show our work, unless you ask us not to. If you’d rather keep your footage private, tell us and we won’t use it. Your footage is yours to enjoy and share personally, in line with our booking terms.
